Group Training

Variants: 13 lessons or Unlimited

Our flagship. Strength and conditioning, warm-up and stretching. All of it in 60 minutes under the supervision of a professional coach. Basic knowledge of CrossFit movements is required. 

Light Training

9 lessons

A 45-minute class not only for beginners, focused on gaining endurance and core strength. We train in small groups of up to 8 people because we want to make sure everybody learns the correct movement patterns to the smallest detail.

Individual Training

Variants: 1 lesson / 5 lessons

Ideal for people to prepare for group trainings and learn proper technique.
Also for people with special requests or limitations regarding training.

Fit Moms

Exercise for post-partum moms for strengthening the core and reducing diastasis recti. We provide child care and games for your kids during this class.

Kids

CrossFit adapted to children aged 6-14 years, focused on learning good movement patterns neccesary for sport and life. All done in the fun form of games and competitions.
