I'm a passionate, experienced and skilled cook as well as a nutrition coach and health care expert, with over 13 years of experience.

CrossFit has really helped me to improve my physical health and fitness.
I knew when I moved to Prague I wanted to find a CrossFit gym but just didn't know where to go. Luckily my friend introduced me to CrossFit
South and I haven’t looked back: 
as my fitness and strength have grown so too has my interest in nutrition and how it plays such an important part in the work we do in the gym.

I’m a passionate, experienced and skilled cook as well as a Nutrition Coach and health care expert, with over 13 years as a Nurse in the UK specialising in obesity, diabetes and intensive care.

As a Nutrition Coach I believe in helping my clients to make small changes for long term gains. No quick fix diets or fads can replace a delicious, healthy and balanced diet.
